30-Minute Nucleus Fit Class
Our 30-minute class is fast paced and fun. After a quick dynamic warm up the workouts will combine simple bodyweight, simple gymnastics, and lighter free weights to burn fat and tone muscles during a high energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty! Click here to book your free Intro class.

Personal Training
Our 1 on 1 personal training sessions are exactly that. 100% specifically designed for your individual goals. Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, run a marathon, or just walk up the stairs easier we can make sure the entire time of your 1 on 1 session is designed directly to getting YOU closer to your goals!

Beginners Class
Nucleus beginner’s class is a four-session foundational course in a small group, no more than 8. Each session you will learn foundational movement patterns and get a good workout in. You and the coach will review movement, learn new skills, discuss our training philosophies, talk nutrition, tackle any specific questions you have, and set you up for success!

Prep Course for CrossFit Class
Nucleus prep course is a two-session foundational course scheduled at your convenience with one of our expert coaches. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development and a workout. You and the coach will review movement, learn new skills, discuss our training philosophies, talk nutrition, tackle any specific questions you have, and set you up for success!

Team Training
At Nucleus we develop a program to help a team increase camaraderie through 60 minutes of physically challenging tasks. Depending on the teams overall goals we can focus on Strength, Conditioning, Speed/Agility, Overall Athleticism or a mixture of everything. We have trained teams 1, 2, or 3 days a week. We have worked with 9 and 10 year olds as well as juniors and seniors in high school. If your team is looking to get an edge in-season or during the off-season message us to get a schedule and pricing set up.

Youth Training
We welcome High School and Jr High Athletes into our regular classes after they pass a Prep Course/Beginners class. We will have some other specific classes from time to time: Speed School, Barbell Basics, Athleticism Enhancement, etc.. These classes will be run 6-8 weeks 1-3 days a week and will be scheduled at various times through out the year. Some of these classes will be age specific, some will be from 10-17+ it just depends on the class curriculum.
