Bench Press or Split Jerks

1 – Bench Press think either 3-5 reps for Strength, or 8-10 for size/growth

(3-5 sets)

2 – Split Jerk, think technique and stick the positions. 60-80% for 1-3 reps (sets can vary from 3/4 to 7/8)
