Split Jerk (Have fun for 15 minutes.
Do sets of 1-3 reps. If it feels good go for a 1RM, if it doesn’t do more reps with less weight and focus on getting better at the movement.

Think of Split Jerks as a skill that needs to be technically really good before it can be really heavy.
