+ 3 sets: 5 Burpees, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats

Bench Press (3 x 8, every 2 Minutes)

This should not be an 8 rep max.

Choose weights that is challenging but you still have a few reps in the tank when you finish the set. Go slow on the way down and focus on feeling your muscles do the work, not gravity.
