76 Push Ups
17 Devils Press 50/35
76 Calorie Row
17 Push Press 115/75
76 Toes to Bar
17 DB Thrusters 50/35
76 Double Unders
17 Power Cleans 115/75
76 Burpee Box Jump Overs
*Both partners do 17 of each exercise
Between the 2 people do 76 reps combined
* Switch whenever you want to though even through the 17 reps, just make sure you both complete 17 reps before starting the 76 rep movement
