Hang Power Clean (10′ Build to 1 RM)

Establish Hang, then do a Hang Power Clean from knees or above.

Try to avoid the star fish landing, keep feet no wider than squat stance, catch weight above 90 degrees at the knee to consider it a “Power” clean
